Real Estate Company Looking for Investors for Great Returns
LOGAN, UT- ABC Real Estate LLC is looking for investors to participate in a brand new and exciting way to invest in real estate. We use beneficiary-directed equity-holding land trusts to insure investor and credit beneficiaries are secure and that middle class people can get into a great house even if they don’t have good credit. This type of investing has largely been reserved for the mega wealthy or corporations. President of ABC Real Estate, Bret Cob, says “I can promise investors between 10-40% return on your investments. Try finding a stock that has that much of a guaranteed return anywhere else.” Both Wall Street and the SEC have both approached this company in hopes to take this idea nationally, but we want to start locally first and give Utahans and other everyday people the right to get in on this amazing new investment opportunity.
ABC Real Estate is originally from Draper, UT and has since spread its offices all over the state and up into the Logan area. Bret Cob, president of ABC Real Estate, has been in the real estate business for many years and studied under his mentor in California.
Now is the time to take action, make an incredible investment, so you can be better off financially in the years to come. ABC Real Estate does all the paperwork, finds the tenants, and guarantees the whole process. When it comes down to it, can you really let this once in a lifetime opportunity pass you up?

Great job. It is very informative.
If you put "For Immediate Release" you only have to put the date once.
Separate paragraphs, and contact information to be more easily read. (This could be a factor of formatting getting lost in the blog, I understand that, but try to fix it).
Look uo AP Style on how to write Utah in a dateline and in text.
I, as Bret Cob, approve of your quotes.
Utahns is spelled wrong.
