Real Estate Company Looking for Investors for Great Returns

LOGAN, Utah- ABC Real Estate LLC is looking for investors to participate in a brand new and exciting way to invest in real estate. We use beneficiary-directed equity-holding land trusts to insure investor and credit beneficiaries are secure and that middle class people can get into a great house even if they don’t have good credit. This type of investing has largely been reserved for the mega wealthy or corporations.

President of ABC Real Estate, Bret Cob, says “I can promise investors between 10-40% return on your investments. Try finding a stock that has that much of a guaranteed return anywhere else.” Both Wall Street and the SEC have both approached this company in hopes to take this idea nationally, but we want to start locally first and give the great people of Utah and other everyday people the right to get in on this amazing new investment opportunity.

ABC Real Estate is originally from Draper, Utah and has since spread its offices all over the state and up into the Logan area. Bret Cob, president of ABC Real Estate, has been in the real estate business for many years and studied under his mentor in California.

Now is the time to take action, make an incredible investment, so you can be better off financially in the years to come. ABC Real Estate does all the paperwork, finds the tenants, and guarantees the whole process. When it comes down to it, can you really let this once in a lifetime opportunity pass you up?

Letter to Cousin

Dear Cousin Stan,

Last week we were talking about my Public Relations major at Utah State University and I know you had questions that we didn’t have time to talk about. So I decided to write you a letter in hopes that it clarifies and sheds a little light on public relations.

Public Relations to me help bridge that gap between the normal every day person and organizations and corporations. A lot of the writing used in public relations takes the effect of press releases. Press releases are kind of like a memo that companies send out to radio, television, newspapers, magazines, etc that give information about a new product, people doing something out of the ordinary, or anything else that they figure people would like to know. Like when I was a work last week and got the fax saying that Linkin Park was coming so we decided to get tickets. They also use press releases to release financial earnings every so often.

Lots of companies have public relations teams that work with marketing, human resources, and customer service areas. There are also companies that are referred to as agencies that do public relations with large companies that give them a contract to help them out.

As you could tell when we talked, I’m very excited to be a public relations major at USU. The classes have been very fun, extremely educational, and has really made going to college worth it. Hope this helps you out with some of your confusion. I’ll see you in a few weeks at the family party.

New Year; New Posts

Hey it's been a while since I've made a new post on here. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and a safe New Year's Eve. I know mine was great. Well I worked too much, but it's always great to go out and do the whole family thing as well.
I recently got engaged right before the new year began, so hopefully I won't be too out of it for a while.
